Mobile Medical Health was founded by Alyssa Laeser, PA-C, to help patients avoid the hassles of traffic, crowded waiting rooms, and long delays—long before the pandemic reshaped how we access care. When COVID-19 hit, she quickly adapted, providing testing services that allowed local sports teams to continue playing safely. Since then, she has completed over 2,000 veteran disability exams and delivered concierge-level care to countless families facing complex health challenges. With the recent opening of a second clinic in Richmond, her dedication to patient-centered medicine continues to drive the practice’s growth.
Mobile Medical Health specializes in house calls and telehealth, making care more comfortable and accessible. These visits are especially ideal for individuals who are immunocompromised, pregnant, nursing, or simply looking to avoid germ exposure. They’re also a compassionate option for those with medical-related anxiety who feel more at ease receiving care at home.
Next-day appointments are often available through our booking system. If you are looking for urgent care appointments, please call for the next available time.
We do not accept insurance but are a fee-for-service practice. This ensures no surprise fees or negotiating with insurance companies. Fees are clear, fair, and due at the time of service. See our pricing on our individual service pages or call for medication pricing specifics.
Home and telehealth visits offer a convenient alternative to traditional in-office appointments by eliminating travel and wait times. They are particularly beneficial for individuals who are immunocompromised, have weakened immune systems, are pregnant or nursing, or experience anxiety related to clinical settings. Receiving care in a familiar environment can reduce exposure to pathogens and improve patient comfort and compliance.
