We provide medically supervised weight loss injections. After a screening exam, we help you determine your best plan. We offer in office and mail order programs.
Our supervised medical weight loss program is tailored to your needs. Weight loss injections of compounded semaglutide/ B6 by our trained staff in our Dulles office.
Now offering a 12 week Semaglutide/B6 program. Once weekly visit for Semaglutide injections and includes 6 vitamin B12 injections, monitoring of your vitals and the in person follow up by our medical staff.
After a screening with our telemedicine provider, we determine if you are a candidate for the at home program. You will be sent all you need to manage your weight loss injections at home. This is a 6 week program, and includes telemedicine visit updates at 3 and 6 weeks to determine your best dose.
We provide this options in Virginia.

To determine if you meet our eligibility criteria, we offer a free telemedicine evaluation by our medical staff. Please request an appointment online. It should take about 10-15 minutes. Patients with a history of MEN type 2, renal failure, gallstones or pancreatitis are not candidates for the program. BMI must be above 25 to become a candidate.
We are a fee for service company. We do not participate with any insurance. Payment is due in full at the time of service. We can provide you with a receipt and if you need to request a coded claim for insurance reimbursement our billing department will be happy to prepare it for you. Please allow 3 business days for coded claim forms.
Alyssa Laeser PA-C, is the owner and founder of Mobile Medical Health. Alyssa has always been excited about medicine. She was an early innovator of telemedicine. She has over 24 years of medical experience as Physician Assistant. Her varied background includes Veteran Disability Examinations, Emergency Room, Urgent Care, Weight Loss Management/Bariatric Surgery, Diabetes Education, and Orthopedic surgery. In addition to practical expertise, Alyssa is bilingual in Spanish, ACLS, PALS certified, and a FMCSA DOT certified examiner, and performs Veterans Compensation and Disability exams. While at the University of Florida (go gators!), she received her degree Magna cum Laude for her thesis on medicinal benefits of marijuana. She is currently able to provide medical marijuana certifications for her patients who qualify.
Alyssa's supervising physician Dr. Greenberg, is consulted when creating treatment plans for Mobile Medical Health patients. Her treatment philosophy is to listen to and address the patient's concerns individually. She works together with her patients as a team. In her spare time, Alyssa is a mom of three active boys living. She loves being active, coaching her son's basketball team, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with her family. Alyssa also loves her Loudoun County community and enjoys being able to give back to her Ashburn, Aldie, and South Riding neighbors.
