We treat adults and children ages 5 and up via Telemedicine.
We provide service to Ashburn, Leesburg, South Riding, Purcellville and Brambleton. We charge an additional travel fee of $50 for areas outside these locations.
We provide both rapid antigen and rapid Covid PCR /RT testing with same day or next day results! If you are traveling please check the requirements for your specific location. Testing requirements vary based on many factors and constantly changing. We do not accept insurance. Please check with your insurance company for reimbursement policies before booking. We have a $50 booking cancellation fee as this is a very high demand time.
We are a private pay company. Insurance reimbursement forms upon request. $50 Booking Cancellation fee if not cancelled 24 hours before appointment. House Call fee of $150 flat rate, each test fee is per person.

Nasal Swab Test for Covid virus particles. Most accurate testing available. Required for travel outside the U.S. We use a local lab for our same day testing needs so turnaround is rapid and reliable. Please check your travel location requirements before booking.
Rapid nasal swab antigen testing. Antigen tests for active infection.Best used for patients with Covid symptoms for most accurate results. Antigen testing recommended for patients with Covid like symptoms for 2-3 days. Results in 15 minutes. We recommend testing with both rapid and PCR/Rt for most accurate results. False positive and negative are a possibility with any testing. PCR testing is the most sensitive and accurate testing.
We provide preoperative, school and sports physicals for your athlete in home. Team sports physicals also available at your location. Labs, X-rays, and EKG Cost is additional. Group rates available.
Telemedicine call with a medical provider to help treat and diagnose routine medical issues. Prescription refills, UTI, sinus infections, rashes and more can be treated. Prescriptions sent directly to your pharmacy or delivered. If, after our evaluation, we determine you need further care, we can often offer a house call.
We treat adults, and children ages 1 and older for routine medical illness. We can perform stitches, medication injections, flu vaccines, rapid strep and urine testing. Pre-Op physicals, and school physicals

Mobile Medical Health provides house call services to people living, working, in Loudoun county, Fairfax county. Our house call services are available to pediatric patients (one year+) through adults. We can evaluate and treat most urgent care needs, including: Rapid antibody Covid tests, Covid PCR testing, rapid strep, uti, stitches and school and sports physicals too.

Mobile Medical Health provides telemedicine consultative services through HIPAA compliant virtual health technology to people living, working, or doing business in Virginia or Delaware (more states will be added soon). All you need is a computer, tablet, or smart phone and a WiFi connection. Telemedicine is great for prescription refills, rashes, allergy, cough, uti, sinus infections and much more. If we determine your condition needs an in person treatment or evaluation, we come to you! The cost of the telemedicine visit will go towards the House Call.

NEW PRESCRIPTIONS AND REFILLS
Mobile Medical Health may issue prescription refills when the patient is able to provide an existing prescription. Additional documentation may be necessary.
Mobile Medical Health is a direct pay practice. This means that we do not accept insurance. Accepting payment directly from you, we are able to reduce costs by eliminating billing and managerial expenses associated with commercial insurance participation. In addition, Mobile Medical Health does not participate with Medicare or Medicaid.
Payment is due in full at the time of service. We will provide you with the necessary paperwork so that you can file claims with your insurance company. Mobile Medical Health cannot file insurance claims. To help you get reimbursed quickly for out-of-network costs, check out the claim processing company, Reimbursify.
Alyssa Laeser PA-C, is the owner and founder of Mobile Medical Health. She has over 21 years of medical experience. Her varied background includes working in local Emergency Departments, Urgent Care facilities, Weight Loss Management, Diabetes Education, and Orthopedic surgery. In addition to practical expertise, Alyssa is bilingual in Spanish, ACLS, PALS certified, and a FMCSA DOT certified examiner. She also currently works with Veterans to determine disability benefits.
Alyssa's supervising physician Dr. Greenberg, is consulted when creating treatment plans for Mobile Medical Health patients. Her treatment philosophy is to listen to and address the patient's concerns individually. She works together with her patients as a team. In her spare time, Alyssa loves being active, coaching her son's basketball team and spending time outdoors, spending time with her family.
