House Calls


Our providers come to you. 

Mobile Medical Health provides house call services to people living, working, or doing business in the Dulles South area of western Loudoun County.  Our house call services are available to pediatric patients (one year+) through adults.

Mobile Medical Health provides telemedicine consultative services through HIPAA compliant virtual health technology to people living, working, or doing business in Virginia or Delaware (more states will be added soon). All you need is a computer, tablet, or smart phone and a WiFi connection.

Mobile Medical Health is open Monday through Friday 9AM - 5PM.

For after hours/weekend care, a fee of $75 will be applied to your total visit charge. Please call 703-727-0523 to check after hours availability.

Mobile Medical Health may issue prescription refills when the patient is able to provide an existing prescription. Additional documentation may be necessary.

Additional Financial Information

Mobile Medical Health is a direct pay practice. This means that we do not accept insurance. Accepting payment directly from you, we are able to reduce costs by eliminating billing and managerial expenses associated with commercial insurance participation. In addition, Mobile Medical Health does not participate with Medicare or Medicaid. 

Payment is due in full at the time of service. We will provide you with the necessary paperwork so that you can file claims with your insurance company. Mobile Medical Health cannot file insurance claims. To help you get reimbursed quickly for out-of-network costs, check out the claim processing company, Reimbursify

Meet Alyssa

Alyssa Laeser PA-C, is the owner and founder of Mobile Medical Health. She has over 20  years of medical experience.  She has worked in local Emergency Departments and Urgent Care facilities, and has performed orthopedic surgery.  In addition to practical expertise, Alyssa is bilingual in Spanish, ACLS, PALS certified, and a FMCSA DOT certified examiner. She also works with Veterans to determine disability benefits. 

  Alyssa works closely with her supervising physician when creating treatment plans for Mobile Medical Health patient.  Her treatment philosophy is to listen to and address the patient's concerns individually. She works together with her patients as a team. 

  In her spare time, Alyssa loves playing with, and watching her three boys play ice hockey, football, and basketball.
